About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing subcontract works packages, producing commercial notices, and ensuring timely change management.

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract, including NEC/Option C.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Contractual and Cost Management Systems (CEMAR, Oracle).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes and main contract experience.
  • Professional qualification such as MCIOB or MRICS, ideally Incorporated member, working towards full membership.
  • Experience in Civil Engineering Environment (Highways/Rail/Water/Aviation) working with National Highways or Local Authority Clients.
  • Exposure on large single or multiple smaller schemes.
  • CSCS-As appropriate.
