Job Title: M&E Rail Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced M&E Rail Supervisor to join our team at John Sisk and Son. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives and subcontractors on reactive works projects within the NW&C framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of operatives and subcontractors on reactive works projects
• Ensure that adequate method statements and risk assessments are completed by subcontractors
• Set up safe and secure work sites in accordance with Sisk processes and procedures
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Manage and organize the issuing and delivery of reactive orders

Requirements:

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in a construction management environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to get the best out of individuals and teams
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all trades required on site
• Delivery-focused and driver of performance
