Job Title: M&E Rail Supervisor

John Sisk and Son is seeking an experienced M&E Rail Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Reactive Works team, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives and subcontractors on reactive maintenance projects across the NW&C framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement safe working practices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of experience in a construction management environment, with a strong focus on reactive maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of operatives and subcontractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, codes of practice, and relevant legislation.
