Rail Civils and Build Supervisor

John Sisk and Son is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail Civils and Build Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Reactive Works team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operatives and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results on our rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of operatives and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer service.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in a construction management environment, with a strong focus on rail projects and reactive works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with a strong understanding of rail industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations.
