About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Designer to join our dynamic Urbanism team at Architypes Talent Ltd. As a Senior Urban Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of public realm and place design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to innovative urban design and public realm projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Operate across various scales of design, managing multiple projects and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage in business development and work-winning activities to secure new projects and clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Utilize strong technical abilities in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality designs and visualizations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in urban design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
    • Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
    • Excellent graphic communication skills for high-quality visual representation.
    • Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
