About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Designer to join our dynamic Urbanism team at Architypes Talent Ltd. As a Senior Urban Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative urban design solutions that drive positive change and enhance the quality of life for communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement urban design strategies that align with our clients' mission and values.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Utilize strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging and effective visual representations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance your design work.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our urban design ethos and approach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in urban design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
  • Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent graphic communication skills for high-quality visual representation.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
