About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Designer to join our dynamic Urbanism team at Architypes Talent Ltd. As a Senior Urban Designer, you will be part of a collaborative studio with a landscape and urbanism ethos, working alongside a team of creative experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to innovative urban design and public realm projects, utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Operate across various scales of design, managing multiple projects and teams, and engaging in business development and work-winning activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in urban design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
  • Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent graphic communication skills for high-quality visual representation.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
