We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Designer to join our dynamic Urbanism team at Architypes Talent Ltd. As a Senior Urban Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of public realm and place design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to innovative urban design and public realm projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Engage in business development and work-winning activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Utilize strong technical abilities in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality designs and visualizations.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in urban design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
- Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent graphic communication skills for high-quality visual representation.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
