Job Title: Field Sales Specialist

A permanent role with a remote/territory-based location in the South East of England.

Salary Range:

£57,000 - £62,000 per annum (based on 80% basic and 20% OTE).

About the Role:

We are working with ECS Resource Group Ltd to find an experienced sales professional to join their team as a Field Sales Specialist for their territory in the South East of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting end-user customers to optimize their production processes and deliver market-leading productivity savings and safety improvements using abrasive products.
  2. Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets by increasing market share through competitive new end-user conversions.
  3. Building a strong pipeline of new opportunities and closing them under the sales plan.
  4. Utilizing the Customer Relationship Database as a territory management and sales planning tool.
  5. Developing close working relationships with territory channel partner sales reps built on agreed business plans, promotional activities, joint working, and end-user support.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  2. Organized with the ability to work to deadlines.
  3. IT literacy, proficient in IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  4. Pro-active, driven, results-focused self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
  5. Ability to grasp technical concepts within abrasive products and sell/demonstrate them in an industrial manufacturing environment.
