Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Sales Professional to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge abrasive products and develop strong relationships with end-user customers.
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You will also be able to build strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and have a good understanding of industrial manufacturing processes.
This is a field-based role, with up to 80% domestic travel required. A competitive salary package including base salary, OTE, and company car is on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by increasing market share through competitive new end-user conversions.
- Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities and close win these opportunities as required under sales plan.
- Support end-user customers to optimize their production processes, delivering market-leading productivity savings and safety improvements with 3M abrasive products.
- Develop close working relationships with territory channel partner Sales Reps built on agreed business plans, promotional activities, joint working and end-user support.
- Feedback on competitor activities within the marketplace.
