We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Waste Industry Sales Professional to join our Commercial Waste team at Wasterecruit Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of businesses in central London, providing expert advice on commercial waste management and sales solutions. As a Waste Industry Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and developing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective sales and a strong understanding of the waste management industry. Although knowledge of waste management is not essential, as this is part of our induction training, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve realistic revenue targets
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • To provide expert advice on commercial waste management and sales solutions to businesses in central London
  • To work closely with the Commercial Waste Manager to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Commercial Waste Services and portfolio

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career development.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some overtime required which is paid at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
