Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Penetration Tester to lead our advanced security assessments for high-profile clients. As a key member of our Red Team, you will contribute to our offensive security testing efforts and ensure the highest standards of security testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Conduct In-Depth Penetration Testing Engagements: You will lead and conduct in-depth penetration testing engagements, including network, application, and infrastructure assessments, to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Manage and Deliver Red Team Engagements: You will manage and deliver Red Team engagements, simulating real-world advanced persistent threats, to test our clients' defenses and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee and Mentor a Team of Penetration Testers: You will oversee and mentor a team of penetration testers, providing technical guidance and supporting career development to ensure the success of our security testing efforts.
  • Deliver Detailed Vulnerability Reports: You will deliver detailed vulnerability reports, including risk analysis, mitigation recommendations, and post-test briefings to senior stakeholders, to ensure our clients receive actionable insights to improve their security posture.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Standards: You will ensure all work complies with relevant regulatory standards, including CREST and CHECK, to maintain the highest level of security and integrity.

Requirements:

  • CHECK Team Leader Certification: You must hold a CHECK Team Leader certification to demonstrate your expertise in leading security testing efforts.
  • Extensive Red Teaming Experience: You must have extensive Red Teaming experience, including adversarial simulation and breach assessments, to provide actionable insights to our clients.
  • Strong Knowledge of Attack Techniques: You must have a strong knowledge of attack techniques, exploit development, and evasion techniques to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Proficiency in Security Tools: You must be proficient in security tools, including Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, and other manual testing methodologies, to conduct thorough security testing.
  • Experience in Network, Application, and Wireless Penetration Testing: You must have experience in network, application, and wireless penetration testing to provide comprehensive security testing services.
