We are seeking a remarkable individual to take on the role of Client Experience Manager within our expanding organization. Unique Senior Care is dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to elderly individuals, ensuring they remain in the comfort of their own homes across various regions. Role Overview
As the primary contact for potential clients, the Client Experience Manager is tasked with ensuring a positive client journey that fosters ongoing engagement throughout their care experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in B2C sales.
Individuals seeking care for themselves or their loved ones will reach out to Unique Senior Care. It is the responsibility of the Client Experience Manager to navigate each inquiry—from initial contact via phone or email to a personal care consultation with one of our Registered Care Managers—by providing a supportive, calm, and customized response. Collaborating with our Marketing team, this role will also oversee the timely communication with existing clients throughout their care journey. Initially, this multi-touch client workflow will be managed manually, transitioning to a CRM system over time, focusing on postal and email communication methods. The position will have specific targets, including the number of inquiries converted into care consultations.
Key Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in sales roles, particularly in B2C with high-net-worth accounts.
· Ability to connect with and reassure clients through empathy and expertise.
· Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in various communication channels.
· Self-driven with a high level of energy and determination to excel.
· Familiarity with customer relationship management software and marketing automation tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
· Proficiency in IT is essential to ensure efficient onboarding processes for clients.
