Private Client Tax Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead existing portfolios of Private Client Tax Affairs for owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional client service and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality tax advisory services, ensuring compliance and advisory work is of the highest standard.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the team, mentoring and coaching junior staff to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in private client advisory and compliance work, with in-depth knowledge of private client taxation.
  • Current or previous experience working in the Big 4 or a Top 10 accountancy firm.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with colleagues and intermediaries.
  • Educated to degree level; and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable post-qualified experience, with people management skills a significant advantage.
