We are looking for a remarkable individual to take on the role of Client Experience Manager within our expanding organization. Unique Senior Care is dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to elderly individuals, ensuring they remain in the comfort of their own homes across various regions. Our primary focus is on people, delivering care with respect, dignity, and compassion, regardless of the complexity of their needs.
Role Overview
The Client Experience Manager serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients, responsible for creating a positive experience that fosters ongoing engagement throughout the client's journey. The ideal candidate will possess experience in B2C sales.
Individuals seeking care for themselves or their loved ones will reach out to Unique Senior Care. It is the Client Experience Manager's duty to guide these individuals from their initial inquiry—whether via phone or email—to a personal consultation with one of our Registered Care Managers. This requires an empathetic, calm, and tailored approach to each inquiry. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Marketing department to ensure timely communication with existing clients throughout their care journey. Initially, this client engagement process will be managed manually, transitioning to a CRM system over time, focusing on postal and email communications. The position comes with specific performance targets, including the number of inquiries converted into care consultations.
Essential Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in sales roles, particularly in B2C environments dealing with high-value accounts.
· Ability to connect with and reassure clients through empathy and expertise.
· Strong administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in various communication channels.
· Self-driven with a high level of energy and determination to achieve success.
· Familiarity with customer relationship management software and marketing automation tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
· Proficiency in IT is crucial to ensure efficient onboarding processes for clients.
