Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Client Experience Manager. This role will be responsible for delivering a positive client experience, guiding prospective clients through the care consultation process, and coordinating timely communications with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients, providing empathetic and consultative responses to their inquiries
  • Guide clients through the care consultation process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Coordinate and deliver timely communications with existing clients, utilizing a multi-touch client life-span workflow
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, converting enquiries into care consultations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales roles, with a focus on B2C and high-net-worth accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and reassure clients
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a high energy level and a desire to succeed
  • IT literacy and experience with customer relationship management software an advantage
