About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing a variety of exciting projects across different sectors, including healthcare, mixed-use, sports, leisure, hospitality, technology, office, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead a team of Building Surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and growth areas for the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment, with a strong track record of project management and team leadership.
- Business development experience is beneficial but not essential.
