Senior Risk Analysis Consultant
Job Title: Senior Risk Analysis Consultant
Location: Flexible (1 day per week in-office, remote options available)
Compensation: £55,000 - £65,000, plus performance bonus
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your proficiency in Risk Analysis, Pricing Strategies, and Loss Assessment Models to support the creation of competitive and demand forecasting models.
  • Participate in pioneering projects from inception and contribute to innovative pricing solutions.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and validation of general insurance demand and competitor analysis models, ensuring comprehensive market insight and maintaining competitive alignment.
  • Work collaboratively with a highly skilled team and engage in the development of pricing frameworks using Predictive Analytics or Machine Learning techniques.
  • Leverage your experience in stakeholder engagement to effectively convey complex ideas and results to various internal and external parties.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter authority, providing guidance on best practices and mentoring a small team.

Role Summary:

Join Adecco's Pricing Development division as a Senior Risk Analysis Consultant and play a crucial role in shaping and innovating pricing methodologies. As a member of a diverse and forward-thinking team, you will be instrumental in ensuring equitable pricing for our clients.

Your main focus will be on demand forecasting and pricing innovation. You will have the chance to apply your advanced analytical skills, ideally utilizing R and WTW Radar software, to create and implement state-of-the-art pricing models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, will be essential to achieving successful outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

As a seasoned Senior Risk Analysis Consultant, you are committed to enhancing performance and pursuing excellence. You have a proven history in a Pricing team, with direct experience in developing pricing models and comprehensive design processes. Your technical knowledge in GLMs/GBMs, Machine Learning techniques, and industry insights will be highly regarded.
