We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Senior Risk and Compliance Advisor to join our esteemed Compliance Consultancy team.

In this crucial position, you will articulate regulatory requirements to senior leadership, influencing and challenging practices as necessary to ensure that our organization remains within its regulatory risk framework.


As a vital component of our broader Risk function, the Compliance Consultancy team is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations that may affect our organization. Your role will be essential in upholding our reputation and integrity, guiding our business to prioritize customer interests and deliver favorable outcomes.


Your leadership will be key in managing and mentoring the General Insurance segment of the Compliance Consultancy team, facilitating the interpretation and communication of regulatory updates, collaborating with key stakeholders, and promoting best practices in compliance.

Additionally, you will play a significant role in conducting thematic reviews and proactively identifying and escalating potential conduct risks.

In this role, you will assist in reporting to our governance committees, providing essential management information, regulatory updates, and insights derived from consultancy activities.

Building robust, enduring relationships with colleagues across the Compliance Department, Risk Division, business stakeholders, and professional organizations will be crucial to enhancing the value of our consultancy efforts.

You will also oversee short-term projects and initiatives to achieve defined standards and outcomes.
