Customer Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our client's Customer Services Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that service provision expectations are met.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  4. Training and Development: Provide training and instruction to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing advice and assistance on products, services, and design and production methods.
  6. Vertical Sectors: Understand the document lifecycles within vertical sectors and ensure that client requests are acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner.

Candidates must demonstrate a level of emotional control and resilience, with the ability to analyse relevant information and make informed suggestions. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with the ability to plan and organise a busy workload with minimal supervision, and who is meticulous about presentation, ensuring communication to clients is of the highest quality.
