Job Title: Reception and Office Services Team Leader

Portico is a dynamic company that values hard work, dedication, and a positive work environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reception and Office Services Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day reception operation, ensuring a high standard of customer service is consistently provided to our clients' staff and visitors. This includes supervising and motivating the team, providing guidance and training where needed, managing the staff rota to ensure consistent service coverage, conducting team meetings and appraisals, and ensuring health & safety compliance within the office.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be flexible, organized, and able to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid knowledge of health & safety processes are essential. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required, along with a passion to deliver exceptional service.
