Customer Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our client's busy Customer Services Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, providing regular coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that service provision expectations are met.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for cost savings and business growth.
  4. Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with business objectives.
  5. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that the team has the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
