Customer Service Team Leader Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee order management and monitor delivery logistics
  • Engage with clients and resolve their queries
  • Support marketing initiatives and digital outreach
  • Manage product listings on the website, including crafting descriptions and capturing product images
  • Ensure efficient office operations and assist with unique projects
Qualifications:
