Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Elbrus Office & Professional. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer inquiries from initial contact through to transaction completion, ensuring that products are delivered and stored securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-standard customer service via phone and email in both French and English
- Oversee the entire transaction process from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with internal procedures
- Prepare and manage precise quotations in a dynamic trading environment, proactively following up to enhance sales and customer relations
- Work closely with colleagues in London, Paris, and Barcelona, including partnering with the sales team, to provide seamless support
- Support customers with onboarding requirements and coordinate their shipping inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Service role ideally within an e-commerce or commodity/product environment
- Fluent in French (native ideally) with fluency in English - NON NEGOTIABLE
- Highly competitive salary and performance-based bonus
