About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at (MALIN+GOETZ), a fast-growing beauty and lifestyle company based in New York City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing e-commerce orders, and working closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized customer service via phone, email, and other mediums, offering support and information to customers regarding product questions and concerns.
  • E-commerce Order Management: Process and oversee the smooth running of e-commerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to implement CRM initiatives, including direct mailers, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation.
  • Warehouse Preparation: Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure readiness for web blasts and other online promotions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly CRM performance reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in French and German.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
