About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Columbia Retail team in Braintree, UK.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers on products, and driving sales engagement. You will also be involved in visual merchandising, stock management, and product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, giving advice on products to elevate the consumer experience.
  • Be a proud ambassador of Columbia, providing information to customers on current product features and benefits.
  • Foster consumer loyalty through high-quality interactions, increasing brand engagement and conversion to sales.
  • Ensure all products are well displayed in accordance with the Company's VM guidelines.
  • Assist with stock management and product deliveries.
  • Maintain an excellent appearance of store facilities.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and seize opportunities to drive own development and increase performance.
  • Maintain a positive working environment and communication with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • A first experience in customer services and/or sales-oriented position. A first experience in Retail would be a plus.
  • Passionate about customer service and love to interact with people.
  • Good knowledge of country's official language. Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Enjoy working in a team and bring interpersonal skills.
  • At ease with numbers (able to perform basic math calculations).
  • Willing to join a high-performing team willing to undertake challenges.
  • Outdoor enthusiast and love to share passion.
  • Available to work on flexible schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.
