4. Operate a variety of vehicles in a manner that is safe and appropriate for the patient's condition, adhering to Trust-approved training.

5. Complete all necessary operational documentation, including daily vehicle inspections and patient records, in line with Trust policies and quality standards.

6. Maintain vehicles in a clean and sanitary condition, following health and safety guidelines and clinical waste management protocols.

7. Uphold health and safety standards within all working environments, whether on Trust premises or at treatment locations.

8. Communicate effectively with the Ambulance Liaison Office and other healthcare colleagues, following established protocols.

9. Assist patients in their homes before and after transportation, ensuring their basic needs are met and their living environments are safe.

10. Safely maneuver and lift patients using appropriate aids, following manual handling risk assessments.
