As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers on products, and driving sales engagement. You will be an ambassador of the Columbia brand, promoting our products and values to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Advise customers on products, highlighting features and benefits, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
- Drive sales engagement through visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales-oriented roles.
