Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, escalating issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service;
* Resolving customer queries;
* Maintaining accurate records;
* Escalating issues to the technical team or other product team members;
* Making sales and processing payments when necessary;
* Performing administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
* 23 years of previous customer service or contact centre experience in the automotive industry;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Active listening skills;
* Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Ability to accept criticism;
* Good time management;
* Sales and persuasive skills.
