Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to optimize workshop loading, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, utilizing excellent communication skills to address their needs.">
  • Prepare accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and warranty procedures in alignment with manufacturer policies.">
  • Liaise with the Parts Department to secure part availability and resolve logistical challenges promptly.">
