Retail Account Management

We are seeking an experienced Retail Account Manager to join our Britvic Grocery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers to drive sales growth and brand awareness.

As a key member of the team, you will visit retailers daily to negotiate promotional agreements, optimize product placement, and monitor sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Negotiate promotional agreements and optimize product placement
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly

About the Role:

  • No weekend working (40 hours Monday to Friday)
  • Potential to earn bonus based on performance
  • Company car and fuel card provided

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
