Senior Grocery Sales Professional

The Advocate Group seeks an experienced National Account Manager to lead the development and expansion of our food brand portfolio in the grocery sector.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for food, flavour, and building exciting brands. You will work closely with our Head of Grocery to drive distribution and create demand across the grocery, discount, and convenience sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key grocery buyers to meet their needs with existing and new products.
- Collaborate with our NPD team to deliver solutions that maximise product potential and fill gaps in the market.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies, forecast sales, ensure on-time delivery, and manage stock levels.
- Work closely with Marketing, NPD, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive success across the business.
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum + benefits package
A minimum 3 years' experience in sales within the grocery/retail sector is required, preferably with top 4 mults, convenience retailers, or discounters. Strong commercial understanding, expertise in forecasting, pricing, and commercial modelling (Excel skills required) are also essential.
