Maintaining strong relationships with key supermarket and grocery retailers is crucial for driving sales growth and brand loyalty in the UK and international grocery market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key supermarket and grocery retailers to maximize revenue and market share.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure alignment on initiatives and optimize account performance.
  • Develop Account Plans: Develop comprehensive account plans for each key retailer, identifying growth opportunities, promotional strategies, and potential challenges.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations on pricing, promotional activities, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

We offer a competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A self-motivating and inspiring personality is also essential for this role. We require a willingness to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis.
