Retail Partnership Director

We are looking for a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management within FMCG, Consumer Goods or Sport/Fashion, a strong understanding of the supermarket and grocery retail landscape, and excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key supermarket and grocery retailers, driving sales growth, and aiding the business's ongoing growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key supermarket and grocery retailers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the supermarket and grocery retail landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and optimize account performance.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as an on-site working policy when not on the road visiting accounts.
