Grocery Business Partner

The Flava People is seeking a Grocery Business Partner to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving growth and innovation in the grocery sector.
About the RoleYou'll work closely with our retail partners to understand their category strategies and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. With a keen eye for commercial opportunity, you'll be able to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience in national account management, with a strong understanding of the UK grocery market and its trends. You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in an agile environment.
We're offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus car allowance, bonus, pension, life cover, and access to training and personal development opportunities.
