Job Summary:

Forsyth Barnes seeks a Retail Business Development Specialist to lead our retail partnerships initiative, focusing on TikTok.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing beauty brand and head up their retail partnerships, especially on TikTok.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, conversions, and customer engagement on TikTok Shop through analysis and optimization, while expertly managing business relations with key partners and vendors.

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential improvements to increase revenue and profit targets.
  • Manage business relations with key partners, including TikTok, and negotiate vendor contracts as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to stay ahead of platform trends and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Retail Account Management, preferably with recent TikTok experience.
  • Proficiency in TikTok trends and ability to grow relationships with key accounts.
  • Familiarity with TikTok shop management and best practices for online sales.
  • Proven experience in customer service, product, and supply management.

We offer a competitive salary of £49,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits. The role is based in the Manchester Area, offering hybrid working options.
