Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth in our Manchester Trafford Centre store.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team, develop strong relationships with customers, and drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the training team to provide coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the retail team to ensure seamless customer service and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales revenue.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Able to work flexibly during retail hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
