Retail Account Development Manager

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Retail Account Development Manager to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients, as well as developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue and expand our customer base.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and its trends. You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and expand our customer base
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Deep understanding of the retail industry and its trends
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary:** £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits package including annual bonus, company car allowance, contributory pension, life assurance, and 25 days' holiday.
