Facilities Coordinator

About the Role:
The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties
- Supporting the Senior Estates Manager in ensuring compliance with FM building standards and healthcare cleanliness standards
- Working as part of a team to achieve service delivery KPIs and associated targets
- Dealing with customers, partners, and the public, and handling sensitive and confidential information

- A competitive salary, starting from £30,000 per annum, plus a £3,000 car allowance
