**The roles and responsibilities of Property Coordinator role**:

- Assisting the Property Administration team with daily operations, covering a wide range of property management tasks.
- Providing top-notch customer service, supporting Property Managers, managing site visit scheduling, and coordinating with tenants.
- Responsible for keeping tenant contact information current, aiding in invoicing and property renewal processes.
- Managing the filing system for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors, buildings, drawings, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Oversee the processing and distribution of all incoming mail for the Property Department.

**To be successful in this Property Coordinator role**:

- 1 year + admin/office management or coordinator role in a head office environment
- Experience working in a estate agency, facilities, property, real estate etc is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Confident working with databases and able to handle complex data.
- Able to confidently communicate & build working relationships.
