Job Description:

  1. Assist conveyancers and solicitors with property transactions.
  2. Prepare and manage legal documents.
  3. Conduct searches and file documents.
  4. Organize and maintain client files.
  5. Draft correspondence and legal documents.
  6. Schedule appointments and track deadlines.

Estimated Salary: Up to £24,500 per annum, based on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing or as a legal secretary is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
