Care Team Leader

Care Team Leaders play a vital role in the success of our care homes, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support. As a Senior Residential Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising care assistants, supporting clinical teams, and providing individualised care to residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career, working closely with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and service to our residents.

About You:
To be successful as a Care Team Leader, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will also need to be able to lead and motivate a team, ensuring that they provide the highest standard of care and support to our residents.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and free meals on duty.
