Support Worker for SEND Students

Salary: £25,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker for SEND Students. You will be working closely with students who have Special Educational Needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Provide individualized support to students with EHCPs.
- Assist students with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility.
- Monitor and manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop social and emotional skills in students.
- Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting young people with diverse needs.
