Mentor for Children with Disabilities

Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children with disabilities? As a Learning Support Mentor at Leader Education, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our goal is to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This includes assisting with daily tasks, adapting learning materials, and promoting positive relationships between students and teachers.
