About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Residential Care Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

As a Residential Care Assistant at Barchester, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional care and service.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
