About You

To join our team as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.

Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to provide outstanding care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Help residents to maintain their independence by supporting them with daily activities
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to deliver high-quality care
