At Candlelight Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation, tailored to each individual's needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
- Report any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.
