Role Overview

The salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement housing strategies to meet community needs
- Conduct research and assessments to inform housing policies and action plans
- Manage partnerships with Homes England, Registered Providers, and developers

Requirements
- Experience in strategy development and housing policy
- Strong knowledge of UK housing, planning, and regeneration policies
- Ability to manage key relationships and negotiations with partners
