We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospitality Liaison to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd.

About the Role

As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, providing administrative support, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone on site.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Receiving and responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and respectful manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
  • Providing assistance and support to colleagues as needed
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A minimum of [£25,000 - £30,000] per annum, depending on experience
