Job Title: Commercial Strategy Director
Job Summary:
As a Commercial Strategy Director at IMI Thompson Valves, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and improves profitability. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in business development, sales, and marketing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve revenue growth and improve market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed commercial decisions.
